As VP of Systems Development at AOL, he directed global teams of 200, including some of the first teams using Agile, in support of $1 billion plus annual revenue web-scale AdTech businesses. He also managed Product, Project, Program Management, Operations, Research, and Client Services groups. Chuck is a Certified Executive Coach, helping leaders and organizations realize greater value. In his leisure time he enjoys cycling on local trails, hiking, and mentoring young professionals.
