Attendees will learn what DevOps is, why it is important to every role, and design a Continuous Delivery Pipeline that is tailored to their business. Attendees work in cross-functional teams to map their current state value stream from concept to cash, identify major bottlenecks to flow, and build an attainable implementation plan that will accelerate the benefits of DevOps in their organization.

Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course without prior knowledge.

• SAFe® DevOps practitioner certification upon passing exam

Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.

Annual Renewal

Certifications expire one year from the date the certifications is earned.

• Renewal fee: $100

Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Education Units (SEUs)

• You may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward your continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications
• You may be eligible to apply for SEUs under Category C, toward earning or renewing your CSP through the Scrum Alliance

The CALMR Approach

You will explore SAFe's CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps, which helps create a culture of shared responsibility for the full spectrum of Solution delivery. It helps align people, processes, and technology throughout the organization to achieve faster time-to-market.
